Refund Policy

Below is our store's approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Thirty-day return window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. We cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns and for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders. No restocking fee is charged.

Exceptions and remedies

Customized goods, final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not accepted for non-quality reasons. This does not limit remedies for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing parts.

Refund timing

After approval, refunds are sent to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days.
